Ashley Baldwin (Founder)

Ashley is passionate about taking the road less traveled. After spending five years in New York City, she decided to leave everything behind to travel Central and South America for six months, one-year-old daughter in tow. Along the way she completed her first 200-hour YTT in Costa Rica. Since then she has studied under Kino Macgregor, Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman Yee, Alan Finger and Sarah Finger. In September 2017 Ashley earned Bryan Kest's 40-hour Power Yoga and Meditation certification. Pursuing a life filled with purpose, she made the decision to teach what she loves, hopefully inspiring a few others to follow their dreams along the way. Ashley also teaches therapeutic meditation classes to addiction recovery groups and community yoga classes throughout the Louisville area. 

Sarah Balmer

Sarah Balmer is a registered yoga teacher, health coach and artist who is passionate about helping others lead a more awakened life. In her jewelry, art, yoga classes, and workshops, Sarah loves to explore the relationship between creativity and spirituality to unmask the layers, liberate the spirit, and live with greater authenticity.

Micah Cargin

Micah recently embarked on a path of launching a service oriented venture. As founder of Humble Warrior Incorporated, his goal share the the numerous benefits of yoga with underrepresented communities and people in the City of Louisville. Yoga has benefited Micah's life in so many ways that he wishes to share it’s teachings with those that may not have immediate access to studios. As an Ambassador of Health in All Policies with the City of Louisville, he wants to use his unique story and background to encourage, influence, and inspire others to improve their overall health and well being.

Meredith Conroy

Meredith still remembers her first time in a hot yoga studio and it was love at first sweat! Although she found yoga later in life, her background as a gymnast and University of Florida cheerleader prepared her for the physical challenges of hot yoga. Early into her time in the hot room Meredith knew she had found her passion and was quickly discovering her desire to teach and share with students the amazing benefits of hot yoga.

 

Those thoughts quickly turned to action as she took a leave of absence from her corporate job to travel to Brazil for a five-week intensive training in the Moksha Yoga practice. Upon her return to Kentucky she began teaching part-time developing her skills until she exited the nine-to-five world to do the work she truly loved – teaching yoga!

 

Meredith earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville and this aspect of her background influences her teaching style and how she leads class. She knows that many students begin hot yoga for the physical results and stress relief, but a good class provides the opportunity to go deeper. Her goal is to support students who are ready and willing to shift out of an everyday state of mind and into one that enables internal exploration, learning and growth.

 

Her teaching style is relaxed and joyful and her goal is to tailor each class to the individual and ensure every student leaves her class feeling better than they did when they came! Meredith’s clients have ranged from students with no yoga, or even much exercise experience, to professional athletes. Her philosophy is that yoga should be accessible to all levels of ability, from beginners to advanced practitioners and it is her intention to meet all students’ levels of ability in each and every class.

Shaali Singogo

Shaali Singogo born and raised in Africa, moved to the states where his yoga journey began,  after being “dragged” to his first yoga class. He had never heard of yoga and developed a unique love for a practice  that would change his outlook on self-care forever . He signed up for teacher training, got certified and now teachers power classes all across Louisville. He brings his African heritage, self proclaimed weird ascent and fun personality to every class he teaches.

Kara Price

Kara Price has been practicing yoga and Pilates for over 16 years. She has been teaching Pilates since 1996 and yoga since 2006. She has studied under various teachers. Pilates: Romana Kryzanowska, Sari Mejia Santo, Bob Liekens, Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt and Madeleine Black to name a few; worked with: Ana Caban, Brooke Siler and Liv Berger. Yoga: Frank Mauro, Joe Miller, Cyndi Lee, Seane Corn, Judith Lasater, Darren Rhodes, Ramanand Patel, Francois Raoult, Doug Keller, Robert Moses, Laura Spaulding and Sianna Sherman. Kara is a PMA-CPT and is also certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pre/Postnatal Yoga.

Annie Button

With a background in Psychology, Music, Business, Marketing, and Nutrition, Annie’s approach to yoga is one that honors the need for self-acceptance. Aiming at the improval of interpersonal relations with others, while aligning the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of the Self. Annie was introduced to Yoga in 1999, and began her journey towards becoming a teacher in 2007. In 2014 She received her teacher training at Louisville’s Yoga East, under the tutelage of Laura Spaulding. She has been blessed to study under teachers such as François Renault, Bryan Kest, Kino McGregor, Christina Sell, Doug Keller, and is inspired by many local teachers. 


 

Teaching yoga in a wide range of environments including traditional yoga studios, health and fitness clubs, and local businesses allows Annie to play with many different styles of Yoga, providing a creative atmosphere that accommodates all levels of ability. By combining asana, meditation, and breathing exercises, Annie provides an opportunity to explore the Spiritual through the Physical. Annie works to bring the study of yoga off the mat and into the practice of Life. “You are what your deep driving desire is. As your desire is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed. As your deed is so is your destiny.” – The Upanishads. 


Jennifer Davis

Jennifer Davis is the owner and lead instructor at Love & Grace Yoga Studio in Lexington, KY. She is a 500 hour Yoga instructor that specializes in Chair/Adaptive Yoga and Kids & Family Yoga. Jennifer is passionate about working closely with students to make yoga accessible to those with physical limitations. She is also a CBD Oil educator, offering monthly CBD education community classes and Yoga + CBD Oil Classes at her studio. Jennifer has found that introducing CBD Oil to students and customers is literally changing their lives and overall well being and happiness. She loves teaching about CBD Oil and walking with customers on their journey to holistic healing

Tiffany Langdon

Tiffany Langdon has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and is dedicated to practicing, teaching and studying yoga and yoga philosophy. Her interest in yoga was piqued in Louisville, Ky around 2003 when she began attending yoga classes out of curiosity. She deepened her practice when she moved to Chicago and started exploring other lineages of yoga. Once she arrived in Austin in 2011 she felt motivated and inspired by all her teachers to become a registered yoga instructor/RYT-200 at Yoga Yoga studio.  Since then, she has taught numerous public yoga and meditation classes and has lead yoga and meditation retreats all around the world. 

 

Tiffany tends to teach yoga classes that involve fluid movement and carefully chosen postures to strengthen the body and to prepare the body for meditation.  She urges her students to practice yoga to develop a deeper understanding of their 'true self'. Her classes are challenging but fun, safe, light-hearted and accessible to all levels.  She invites every student to be satisfied with their yoga practice as it is today and to enjoy their own journey.  You will find her love of music pours into her teachings and her passion is to infuse her studies of the chakra system and Tantra yoga philosophy into her classes. Tiffany is currently completing her RYT-500 studies and has found herself immersed in yoga philosophy and Hindu mythology teachings.  And for that, she credits her teachers and mentors Ana Pilar and Libby Cox.  Tiffany currently resides in Louisville Ky and continues to teach in Austin Tx. 

Jessica Santos

Jessica began dancing at the age of 3 and continues to teach tiny dancers at The Vision Dance Center.  After finishing her dance career with the University of Louisville Ladybirds, she felt that a part of her was missing... until she found Yoga.  Jessica is the owner of Exhale Yoga and enjoys creating an atmosphere that respects traditional yoga while encouraging creativity in movement.

Trisha Zivkovic

Trisha is a student first and always! She has found that approaching each moment as an opportunity for growth is a constant challenge in which the benefits are infinite. She has been teaching yoga since January 2015 as a RYT-200 and practicing since 2013, falling more in love with yoga everyday. In her teaching I strive to create a space for my students to stand safely and confidently in their power. Trisha wants her students to be able to connect to their innermost self throughout class, pushing their ego to the side and replacing it with their truth and therefore connecting to their unique self.

Nicole Casteel

Nicole and Christopher hold four degrees in music performance and music education collectively. Nicole is a certified Life and Business coach as well as spiritual healer, intuitive mentor, and a Soul Voice coach helping women activate and unleash the true voice of their soul. Christopher is a certified nutritional therapist, detox specialist, advanced clinical weight loss practitioner, life and couples coach, and specializes in helping people grow through cultivating their soul resonance. They are working to bring their vision of a peaceful and heart-centered world into existence.

Chris O'Bryan

Chris O’Bryan have been practicing yoga over 7 years. Chris has been an instructor for 3 years and has completed over 300 hours of training in various yoga disciplines including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini, and Vedic Thai. He loves teaching others yoga, breath work, connection, and good mental hygiene.

Gabriella Gaona

Gabriella is an artist, yogi, & co-creator. Born and raised in Louisville, KY, she is dedicated to sharing Yoga with everyone in her community. Her Yoga journey started at age 16. Five years later she completed her 200hr Raja Hatha Yoga teacher training in San Francisco, CA. Gabriella is the co-founder of “The Inner Warrior” Eco-conscious Yoga boutique, MYPATH Fest, and “The Shiva Strap” Yoga prop & mala. Gabriella’s intention is to spread an awareness of higher consciousness and universal truth in the world, hoping to build a more friendly & healthy future for our planet. She is so happy to be apart of Soul Cleanse Festival this year!!
